Photoshop was developed in 1987 by two brothers Thomas and John Knoll, who sold the distribution license to Adobe Systems Incorporated in 1988. Since then Photoshop is the undisputed leader in the photo editing sector. As technology has grown, parallelly Photoshop has also evolved and has made a special place in our heart.
Over time Photoshop has grown bulkier and resource sucking which requires a good processor for seamless editing. Also if you on the go you cannot keep your system always with you for Photoshop Editing. So the obvious solution to this problem is Cloud Computing, where you can access Photoshop on an external server. Ultimately you can use an external processor and can access it anywhere on the globe as long as you are connected with Internet.

You can keep track of progress with the free login and accepting the terms of service. The free account lets you use full functionality but with ads and steps history to only 30 nos. That’s fair enough to use the free account for the majority of your projects. But if you are running a business and want to use it commercially then I would recommend you to go for Adobe Photoshop, don’t hop into Photopea.

Photopea also uses keyboard shortcuts but that keyboard shortcut is slightly different from the original Photoshop. You can access all keyboard shortcuts from going into more tab > keyboard shortcuts.
You can either drag and drop or jump to File > Open any image file formats for editing. One of the best parts of this website is that you can open file formats such as, .PSD, .XD, .sketch, .XCF and RAW. I have actually tried Photoshop file format (.PSD) and it worked like charm. It opened with all layers and editable spaces intact.
